We are excited you joined Just Right Eating, and signed up for one of our Meal Plans. There are two easy ways to enjoy our meals.
1) You can choose to receive our Default Menu (you do nothing each week and you will receive delicious meals that our nutritionist picks for you)
2) or You can choose from a huge selection of healthy meals to Create Your Own Menu each week.
When you sign-up for a Meal Plan you will be scheduled to start on the next pick-up/delivery date, if no future preferred start date is entered. To Create Your Own Menu each week, you must make an Online Shopping Account - After you create your new account, you are ready to shop. You can add menu items to your cart according to the number of meals allotted in your meal plan. For Basic Plans, you should be adding breakfast items, lunch & dinner entrees, and also your snacks. For all other plans, please ONLY choose from lunch & dinner entrees. Please no meal substitutions. If you would like to add extra meals to your order each week, you can, but you will be charged for the extra meals at a discounted rate. You received an email with instructions on how to order meals, how to enter your promo code "to $0.00 your shopping cart" because you are on a meal plan, and other helpful tips to get started.
CREATE YOUR OWN MENU - WEEKLY MEAL ORDERING (Suggested Bi-Weekly Order)
5-Day Basic Plan = 20 meals/week (Order: 12 Meals/Tuesday, 8 Meals/Friday)
5-Day Lunch+Dinner = 10 meals/week (Order: 6 Meals/Tuesday, 4 Meals/Friday)
5-Day Dinner Only = 5 meals/week (Order: 3 Meals/Tuesday, 2 Meals/Friday)
7-Day Basic Plan = 28 meals/week (Order: 12 Meals/Tuesday, 16 Meals/Friday)
7-Day Lunch+Dinner = 14 meals/week (Order: 6 Meals/Tuesday, 8 Meals/Friday)
7-Day Dinner Only = 7 meals/week (Order: 3 Meals/Tuesday, 4 Meals/Friday)
You do NOT need to checkout for each pick up/delivery date. You can put Tuesday and Friday meals in your shopping cart together, and order all your meals for the week at one time. However, for couples, or multi-account orders, please checkout separately, per person even if your deliveries are together.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP SCHEDULE (TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS):
7-Day Plans: Tuesday, you will receive meals for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday --- and then Friday, you will receive meals for Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday
5-Day Plans: Tuesday, you will receive meals for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. --- and then Friday, you will receive meals for Monday and Tuesday.
You will also receive a weekly menu with your Friday delivery, with more instructions.
Specific delivery times may vary and depends on your City and address.
BILLING:
For Meal Plans, Your Debit/Credit Card will be charged weekly, on Sunday.
Cancellations/Suspension is required by Friday at 7:00pm to avoid future charges. Refunds will not be given if cancelled after the deadline.
MEAL PLAN MINIMUM COMMITMENT:
All Meal Plans require a 4-Week Minimum Commitment. Deliveries are $10 Per Delivery. Please review our cancellation section for more info.
CANCELLATION OR SUSPENSION OF SERVICE:
If you need to cancel OR suspend a Tuesday or Friday delivery, please let us know by 7:00pm the Friday prior to your suspension to refrain from being charged.
If you cancel your service please leave the empty delivery bag for us to pick up on the final delivery day.
Please contact us and let us know how you want to arrange the return of bags. If they are not returned, there is a $10 charge per bag.
DELIVERY STORAGE & REFRIGERATION INSTRUCTIONS
Your meals are delivered by our very own drivers (unless you are outside our 30 mile radius, and you choose "shipping"). The food is transported directly to you, from our commercial kitchen, in a refrigerated van that stays below 41 degrees. It’s then left on your doorstep in a cooler with ice packs. You will be responsible for keeping the ice bag frozen and in the cooler on delivery day. Food absolutely must be refrigerated within 2 hours if left in a cooler.
Please refrigerate everything! This includes all meals, muffins, breads, etc. Most meals do not contain preservatives therefore they may spoil sooner than store bought food. Just Right Eating is not responsible or liable for any food once it is delivered to you.
If you are home around the time of your drop off or within 2 hours, you should be fine. However, there are some precautions we can take if you aren't available during our delivery times. We can make reasonable arrangements with you like putting the food in your garage refrigerator or allowing you to provide a larger cooler with additional ice bags left in an area of the house out of direct sunlight. We will ensure our meals are delivered fresh to you, but also want you to properly store them to enjoy for many days. Please message us directly to discuss accommodation options.
JUST RIGHT EATING MEAL TIPS & RECOMMENDATIONS:
We deliver food two times a week, and each delivery contains meals for up to 2-4 days. Please follow the Menu, showing which meals are meant for which day.
Following the menu provided to you, will ensure food freshness: eating things like seafood, or red meat first before other meals.
The meals are nutritionally balanced to keep you satisfied all day. The utmost care & concern are put into your food & meal plan. All of your food is made fresh with whole foods.
All foods are properly portioned, the right balance of calories, complex carbs, lean proteins, & healthy fats to prevent and manage disease, for nutrition, weight loss, convenience, athletic performance, etc…
